Membership Terms and Conditions:

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except at management’s discretion under exceptional circumstances.

• Monthly payments are due on the same day each month; failure to pay may result in suspended privileges.

• Annual memberships are payable in advance.

• Benefits are subject to availability and may require advance booking. Spa access may be limited during peak times.

• Management reserves the right to amend terms, benefits and pricing, with reasonable notice.

• Opening times are subject to change. Please contact the spa for current operating hours.

• Discounts cannot be combined.

• Monthly credits cannot be accumulated and expire each month.

• Retail discounts apply to full priced items only.

• The Hotel reserves the right to change the product brands.

• Treatment availability is subject to therapist availability. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

• Food & Beverage discounts are valid in our restaurant and bar: Morse Bar, The Alice, and the Drawing Room.

• Guest passes are valid only when accompanied by a member. Guests may not redeem discount without the member present.

• Use of spa facilities is subject to spa rules. Members must familiarise themselves with rules and abide by them, or membership may be revoked with no refund.

• Minimum age for spa access is 16, and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Members must be 18 or older.

Health & Safety:

• Inform the spa of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries.

• The spa may refuse service if behaviour or condition is unsuitable.

Termination of Membership:

• The spa may terminate memberships for violations or other reasons, with potential refunds at management’s full discretion.

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled only with written notice. Cancellations must be submitted before the monthly charge determined by the member’s join date. For example, if a member cancels after their monthly charge date, no refund will be given.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable, except at management’s discretion under exceptional circumstances.
